HOW SHITTY is today huh?

i freaking had a stupid irritating math test to study and mugg and mugg and mugg for. and guess what? prep was slowly driving my sanity away. and so, we had the test first thing in the morning today. SHIT ASS PAPER.

i could do the 1st 2 pages. except i missed out one solution for question 2. and then qn 4 comes and i'm like WHAT THE HELL???? it was a freaking graphical solution question that looked so alien to me. and better yet, after the test, we discussed the paper,(my friends and i) and seems like i'm not the only one. my math teacher said that it would be like quiz 1 and 2. oh wow... gee... you know, i don't recall a single graphical solution question in EITHER of the quizzes or the revision exercise... so umm, *ponders* yea... we can sooo do that f***king question. you know, no problem.. (rolls eyes in disgust)

i'm not saying it's the teacher's fault. cos really now, it isn't.

not really.

well, either ways, i screwed up the test in more than 1 way. like the stupid trigonometric graph, i stupidly moved it to the wrong direction! and the second last question was bloody vague. i mean, get this :

find the value of y when y = 6pie/x or what have you?

-.-

right... that makes perfect sense.

ah heck. screw the test. i'll be glad to pass. or if God hear's me, i'm praying for a 65%. hopfully. come on God, help me out. i put in so much effort, and i'm not about to let my efforts go out in vain. i promise i'll be good.

and the whole week was just some shit thing. so full of crappiness, and bullshit.

to whomever who is BLOODY ANNOYING ME, i know, that you're so much of a stalker as to be reading this. no mention of names cos you know who you are :

LEAVE ME ALONE, STOP ANNOYING AND PESTERING ME WITH ALL YOUR CRAP, AND JUST FUCKING GO AWAY!

and with that. it concludes my shit-filled week (though the week has not officially ended because it's only friday) i just hope that you get the hint. and i apologize to the other readers of my blog, whose eyes those words were never meant for. this is the first entry with THAT word.

well, i had gym concert prac just now till 5.15. it can't really be considered a practice. more like a practice for the other 3 and like a lesson for me because i haven't fully learnt our full 5 minute performance. so i spent like 2 hours learning the remaining. i still have bio on wednesday. i just hope that teacher A or whoever it is that sets the paper doesn't kill us the same way the math paper did.

and i just hope next week doesn't end up with as much bull that this week did. even with gym concert prac on tues (the day before the bio paper), the bio paper on wednesday itself, and in convo (which will end at 8.30pm) on thursday, i hope that it isn't half as bad as this week.

i'll be going to acjc fun-o-rama tomorrow, then mugging bio with friend N and maybe friend Y too tomorrow, so, hopefully, it flips my mood around

ok. looking back at my last post, i have decided to actually make a list of all the sports i can do once my gym career has seen it's last.

1. track and field - running and hurdling
2. canoe-ing
3. netball
4. basketball
5. rock-climbing
6. soccer
7. floorball
8. hockey
9. i haven't tried tennis yet but i'll just include in
10. golf - no relevance whatsoever
11. frisbee
12. modern dance
13. hip hop dance
14. ballet
15. any other sort of dance
16. touch rugby
17. martial arts - wushu, judo, taekwando and etc

you know what, i'll come back to this list when i think of more cos there are just way too many to include

and ESPN, go change your stupid list and seriously reconsider cos you guys are DEAD WRONG. so there.

ok, i read sarah's latest blog entry and i COMPLETELY AGREE! i'm not dissing other sports but COME ON! is this reasonable???

Boxing - 1
Ice Hockey - 2
Football - 3
Basketball - 4
Wrestling - 5
Martial Arts - 6
Tennis - 7
Gymnastics -8

that was the list of the toughest sports that espn could come up with. it is SO bloody screwed up. it's damn shit... i mean HOW could tennis - to me it's that bimbo sport (no offence to all those playing it who could prove my theory wrong) - be harder than gym?? have they even SEEN gymnastics at it's best? oh hold, you dont even need "best world standard" if they just take me or like other amateurs, can they even SEE how hard the friggin sport is??

i mean tennis is just see ball fly, ok thwack hit it and hopefully it stays in and the opponent is stupid enough not to read your move. so it's like clear who the winner is. for us, hah! it's all about IMPRESSING the judges. and do you know how FRIGGIN hard that is??

maybe cos the people who created the list were so NAIVE that when they saw the PRO gymnast executing FLAWLESS moves, that they thought "oh, you know, it's so easy. all you have to do is just FLIP YOUR WHOLE BODY SO QUICKLY AND THEN STICK THE LANDING WITH THE ABSOLUTE PERFECTION THAT YOU'RE TRAINED TO DO" oh, jeez.... hmm, wow... so easy.....

THINK AGAIN!!!

gymnastics is the HARDEST sport I have ever done. and i've tried a fair few. i mean, it takes mental preparation, strength training EVERY SINGLE BLOODY DAY, stamina, grace, balance, and you gotta be daring. so let's just see maria shapo-whats-her-name try gymnastics. wanna bet she wont go far?

ok, i'm sorry if i offended anyone in any way. but i truly hate it that gymnastics - truly the hardest sport (cos it combines like all the extreme sports you could possibly think of) is not recognised for what it is. damn. i mean think bout it. once i quit gym, i can do LOADS of other sports - JUST because of the background of a SINGLE sport - gymnastics. let;s make a list shall we?

1. basketball
2. netball
3. track and field
4. rock-climbing
5. football
6. ANY martial arts - most popular being wushu
7. dance - of ANY sort. don't come dissing me by telling me that gymnast cant hip hop or pop or krump cos we will prove that you are friggin DEAD WRONG!
8. and you know, there's a LOT more, just that it's too long to list. and also, we can go into like a hell lot of other things cos we gymnast have like the most discipline that any sports people would probably have at their peak of their discipline level or whatever. we PWN discipline. i swear. so if you think i don't got discipline cos i'm dissing bout this, well, just watch a SINGLE practice then. hah! you will so be embarassed that you ever thought it.

i'm really sorry, i dunno why. cos of a single PERSON, i get so ticked bout absolutely everything. just hope that i dun get sued or whatever for this post... i mean, i'm just promoting my sport. right? ah heck. that's it for now. and i reall yneed to get back in shape. so need to go running. will go later in the morning. oh and just remember - gymnastics is not just a sport it's a PASSION

school just started again yesterday, and it was supposedly the start of a new term. so how's the brand new start? horrible.

let's see.... it was SUPPOSED to be learning journeys for like a week right after we get back from march hols. that being the "tradition" but the teachers have some weird course or something. so here's the deal, only teachers who are free to take us, will have lessons with us. so yesterday was a complete and utter waste of time in school. it was meant to be free block, malay, recess, english and then we can go home. but once school began, and it was midway through our free block our english teacher entered and informed us that he did indeed have a course, and that there would be no english lesson for that day.

oh. geez.....

great!!! just great... glad that the scheduled was worked out that way.... now we lagged our sorry asses back to school, had to wake up much, MUCH earlier than preferred, and endured the mental torture and preparations that school was going to start on monday, all for ONE lesson...

ONE LESSON!

ok, i guess we have to count our blessings too... 409 had the same lessons as us, but the timings were different. we went to their class to pass on the message that was told to us by our shared english teacher. they took it well.

i think

well, see here. now, they have one lesson too. and it makes no difference from us...

except that they were scheduled as such -

assembly
free block
free block
free block
recess
free block
free block
and insert mother tongue here

somewhat like that. and it does make a difference. a rather big one for that matter...

i kinda feel sorry for them. but then again, they might've taken it the same way my class did. who knows?

*scenario at my class

"alright 403, mr J said that there's no english today"

-long, and VERY dramatic stare-

and then half of the already almost empty class got up and left. they went home. just great... we could've just held back the mental torture a wee bit. maybe a day? yea, that would have been nice.

alright... i'm just ranting on and on and it probably would not even make sense to all those who were not involved in this.

alright, bye. got some unfinshed revision to do.

HATE THE RAIN MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW!!!!

ok get this.

prologue - my parents are away on yet another business trip in jakarta. me and my younger brother have to head over to marine parade on our own for tuition.

scene 1 - we open the front door.

me: "yikes!!!! the rain is coming down so hard!!! do you have your umbrella?"
brother: "mm-hmm."

and so the threesome (meaning to say my maid, my younger brother and i) walk out into the rain under the shelter of our umbrellas.

scene 2 - walking to the bus stop with me leading the pack

i was at the front. and no mercy seemed to be shown from the relentless rain. things were bad. and it was just made worse as i saw the pavement, absolutely flooded with murky water that i can only guess was the loose soil mixed in with the puddles of rainwater left behind. we had to find our way to the traffic light as though the whole thing was an obstacle course, where a single mistake would be fatal. we finally got there. the traffic light. where right across us stood the kent ridge bus terminal.

scene 3 - wet

more to say that I got there. my brother and maid were still lagging behind, finding the best possible course to get there with the least possible "damage" to their clothes. i managed to push the button - the one that ensures that the green man actually lights up, while at the same time, holding up my umbrella, carrying my tote and lifting my skirt high enough so that it wouldn't soak up water from the puddles. i saw the road in which we had to cross would the light turn green for us. it was flooded beyond my expectations. how are we ever going to get across such an obstacle??! and then it came

it was huge and long and was driving at the most extreme left of the road. a truck. it passed by and before i knew it, there was water EVERYWHERE. water splashed in my face, on my clothing, drenched my shirt and skirt and bag. water seeped through everywhere. and there i was. dumb-struck. with that unbelievable look on my face. i was seriously paralyzed, not knowing what to do. stupid me. i should have done at least somthing. and then another one came. and another. and another. and for each one, more water splashed onto ME, for my maid and younger brother never made it that far and chose to witness from afar.

scene 4 - pissed

and so here i am now. at home when obviously, i was meant to go for tuition. we headed back to get changed and i knew for one that it was indeed a lost cause. so i rang up my tutor and rescheduled for tomorrow. i'm soaked to the skin. i'm pissed off at the freaking drivers (who probably drove at such high speed that was able to make water jump 1.54m up into the air). and i'm hating the rain more than ever

so that's my tragic tale of getting beaten by one of nature's weather. hate it. that makes it the 2nd time it has ever happened to me. i really, truly, despise wet weather.

the exams were over last week, the last paper being malay. it was a paper 1 examination, meaning to say that it was an essay. obviously, i did an argumentative because i'm hopeless when it comes to anything else. heh.

before that, we had our english orals, history and social studies papers. and with that, it concluded our first term in school as a sec 4 student. felt rather short now that i think about it. hopefully, we all do well for the tests that have passed, including the upcoming ones as well.

i'm just forming sentences with my random thoughts....

the holidays so far have been a drag... i'm planning on using this week to complete some things and to revise for upcoming exams. i was also planning on training my stamina by running on my own.

as of today, i have covered a little bit of bio, and went for math tuition. i haven't ran yet though. ever since the holidays began, still have not ran a single kilometre or anything of that sort. damnit... heck, it's barely past midnight but i can't take it anymore. i'm gonna finish up today's plan of bio and then i'm goinna slip on my track shoes and going for a little midnight jog. heck. well, hopefully my dad lets me.. he said it was too dangerous the last time. ah, i could always skip. :)

now, where did my baby cousin put my skipping rope??? he detached it a little while back and only god knows if it's still in working condition...
